ABOUT JULIE BIRD
I've always loved photography. From the time I was a little girl, I always had a camera and loved looking through boxes of old photos. That love continued when I had children and began to photograph them. In 2013, I set out to turn my passion for photography into more than just a hobby. Though I was a schoolteacher by day, I devoted nearly all of my spare time to learning the craft of capturing memorable, timeless portraits using natural light and minimal props. I am so blessed to now call photography my full-time career.

My passion is high school seniors. It is such a thrill to help seniors and parents capture this once-in-a-lifetime milestone with portraits that highlight the personality and essence of each individual student.
Beyond Arkansas high school seniors, I love to work with families, children, business professionals, dancers, ballplayers...if you need portraits, I can help you capture images you will treasure and share with those you love. I think you'll find me easy-going and fun to work with!
When I'm not behind my camera, I spend my time raising three kids and trying to travel as much as possible with my husband. We are lifelong Arkansans but love to visit big cities, sandy beaches, and off-the-beaten-path kinda places.
